They help *immensely* with the between-nursing pain, but do nothing for the immediate problems of crappy latch.

I've noticed that it's painful less often, though; I think that Bella just needs to grow a bit more. Grow, baby, grow!

To everyone else, I've got sore nipples too. A friend of mine said she'd give me a pair of lilypadz. I'm hoping she will give them to me soon and maybe they'll save my nips from the pain of my shirt rubbing on them. I haven't been wearing a bra, (except when I've had to leave the house) so all my shirts have breastmilk all over them, even though I try to catch the leaks with a cloth diaper.

After 10 days though, they are finally toughening up and it only hurts when she latches on, not with every suck. I think after another week, we'll be good.
