still bleeding after c-section?

Just wondering how long everyone is bleeding? I'm on week 4 after my c-section and had very little bleeding for the past few weeks but today the blood turned red (from brown) and there are clots when i go to the bathroom...
anyone else dealing with this? I also have pain in my upper belly...
anyone feedback would be great.
hoping for sleep for us all...

I stopped at 4 weeks. Mine never was brown....always red even the last day.

My youngest is almost 2, but he was my only csection and I bled longer with him than my other 2- over 8 weeks. It was really pretty light after the first few weeks.

I will be 4 weeks next Tuesday and I am still bleeding. No clots, I think as long as they are smaller than a lemon they are o.k. I wonder if you have been more active or doing too much the last few days? Seems like when I lift something I shouldn't I pay for it the next day in a sore abdomen. I'm really sick of bleeding though too!
