How are things with the neighbors/kids? Hope you got it resolved and everyone is getting along,or atleast leaving each other alone!

Morning glory vines grow nice on a fence for complete privacy. Local laws may not require a permit for temporary fencing(t posts you just hammer in the ground).

Stinging nettle is a good border plant too
