I was watching the made-for-tv version of Cleopatra today and I noticed something amusing in the scene where Ptolomy Cesaer is presented to his father. The baby was laying on the floor looking off to where (presumably) Cleopatra was standing. He raised both his hands and very obviously signed for milk! He did it again when Cesaer picked him up. They must've had his mom standing nearby to keep him happy and he was hungry.
