37 1/2 wk appt!

Well it was a great appt. I only gained 1/2 a pound in the past week so that was great that makes me up 27 1/2lbs now. I am 3cm, 75% effaced, and still at 0 station. They are going to strip my membranes on Monday and schedule me to be induced on Wednesday so at the latest she will be here on Wednesday May,10th!!!!!
I am so excited but now I am going to walk every after noon and try and atleast dtd 1-2 times this week but I am not counting on that. So hopefully
I will go sometime this weekend.

awww congrats to you! I understand the excitement!!! I'm 37 weeks also and have an appt today so we'll see how that goes...boy or girl?

Congrats, we're having a girl , too! Not dilated or effaced any though lol.

I think most people who are having babies this month are having girls...atleast most I know are having girls.

I beleive it! I live in Texas and it is so hot and I'm so tired lol...I'm ready for it all to be over. Most importantly we have everything set up for her and are ready for her arrival.

Hey, not to be nosy, but...

I can't remember your situation. Out of curiosity, why are you doing the membrane stripping and/or induction?

Bc my dd is graduating Kindergarden right around my due date and I am NOT
going to miss it bc I am in the hospital so I am doing what I can to go on my own without being induced including the membrane stripping there is a good chance for me to not be induced bc I am already at 3cm and my water broke 4 days after they told me I was 3cm with my dd so we'll see. I know it sounds
bad but I just refuse to take a chance on missing her graduation.
