What does it look like? Hives, something splotchy, does it itch? Could it be heat rash? Are you using a new laundry detergent?
Lots of little dots
It looks like lots of little dots. Not raised. I thought it might be a heat rash, but it hasn't gone away. I just checked, and it is a lot lighter. It is right under her chin.I haven't changed detergents. Could it be a teething rash?

Greyson had a rash like you describe for the first couple of months of his life. I finally started dressing him in less clothing and it slowly went away. I think it was a heat rash, because when he gets hot at all, it will come back and it does stick around for a couple of days.
