This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

Drinking green tea (few cupfuls a day), red zinger (hibiscus tea), and apple cider vinegar help with weight loss. If you can't stand the taste of apple cider vinegar or worry about your teeth, get some capsules.
I've had some luck with eating a heavy lunch and eating an early, smaller dinner. Also, if you can eat all your carbs during breakfast and lunch and not have much carbs for dinner, that also helps a lot. You can make yourself soups, salads, or a bowls of fruit or whatever you like for your dinner. It's bad to sleep on a heavy, full, stomach that doesn't get burned off. That's why eating a light dinner helps. You can snack on some fruit and nuts, granola, trail mix, or other healthy stuff during the day too.
Get all your eating done 3 hours before you go to sleep.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Good luck and don't be so hard on yourself

Need a Buddy?
I was wondering if you need a buddy? I need to start a better diet and thinking a budy would be a good idea! I am 195lbs right now and a very busy homeschooling mommy and very active in the local UU Church so eating healthy on the go is hard, not to mention I do not enjoy cooking! Also, working out is hard as we do not really do sitters and it is often too hot here in the desert to be outside to work out....Jumping over to the other board in hopes of learning more about what might help!

Blessings,
Kimmy

Not to sound flip but I'm working on the same issue and I think the answer is Love. Insteat of hating your body learn to love it. Consciously love it and work with it instead of against it. Eat what you want when you want and until you are full or satisfied. The hard part is just decyphering what that is. I'm trying to think about it all joyfully. Good Luck!
