I went into labor at 10pm Monday night (37wks and 2days) and then headed to the hospital at 1am. Got there and contrax were 3min apart and I was 3cm. I started to get really bad back pain and was told I would need pitocin so I went ahead and got an epideral. At about 9am I felt like I needed to push. I was 7cm with the head right there. For two hours I just breathed through the pressure and then at 11 they started to get me ready to push. I pushed with two contrax and she was out at 11:18am. Had a full head of dark hair (which explains the heartburn) and screaming up a storm. She weighted 6lbs 14oz (my largest baby considering my other two were 6lbs 3oz and 5lbs 9oz). My dr said if she had stayed in for another two weeks she would have been an 8 lb baby! Her apgar score was 9 and her jaundice is 6 but looks great. She is now 6lbs 7oz and a AWESOME breastfeeder. She lauched right away and is eating 20min on each side. No trouble with that so I am very thankful for that. We just got home from the hospital and we are both healthy and happy. We have to go see her dr tomorrow morning to check her bellirubin and then we are becoming homebodies lol. Good luck to all of you and I hope you're labor and delivaries go great
