Okay, there's another thread about this, and so far I've noticed there are more than a few folks who think there reall is no Suri Cruise at all.

So what do YOU think?

(this is just for fun, BTW...)

I doubt she faked a hospital birth--someone would have spilled the beans by now...

I think she looked to pg in the face not to be. I don't believe anything the media puts out at this point. Photos are doctored all the time, why not now. I just can't believe that her mother would come to a baby shower if this were not real. He might have been able to get her to go along with it, but too many others are involved, like his kids and her family. It would just be too much.

but don't hospital personnel have a legal obligation to confidentiality? as in, they cannot confirm or deny that someone has been a patient?

mamabug, i never thought she looked pg in her face or her boobs, and she didn't seem to move like a pg woman either. she just didn't seem pg to me...more of just an instinct, but maybe i'm just paranoid

Her boobs didn't look all that big, but her face and lips did to me, I said all along she was going to have a girl...... I just don't think they could pull it off being around that many ppl

There's legal and then there's what people will do if magazine like National Enquirer offers them a lot of $$$.

I think the pregnancy was real. In our celebrity obssessed culture I doubt such a thing could have been kept secret esp when it concerns Tom Cruise of all people.

Would I take a bribe to get photos of Katie up in stirrups actually delivering her child, of course not. But if I were a doc/nurse and some rag-mag offered me $200,000 to blow the cover off of a bunch of lies that a celeb couple were trying to perpetuate on the movie-going public I would definitely sign on the dotted line. In a heartbeat.

I believe she had a baby...if it's Tom's biologically is another story.

I believe that Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise had a real pregnancy and a real baby.

Ditto that.

I think she *might* have had a baby, but if she did, there's no way it's Tom's. I still think he smuggled one back from Germany while he was over there like a week before Suri was "born".

I definitely think she was pregnant.

Questions for those who don't, or think Tom wasn't the father: why?
What would the point be? Publicity for the movie, or something else...?
Really wondering, not being snarky

I answered this in another thread about them. Let me go find it real quick...

Ok, here's what I think:

Quote:
See, what most people believe is that it's a publicity scheme. I believe that Nicole Kidman, Penelope Cruz, and Katie Holmes are all beards (cover ups to the fact that he's actually gay). Nicole and Penelope were all brought on long enough to boost his career and jump start theirs, and then they split. I think Penelope got famous much faster than they figured so they had to break the beard contract and split early. He wouldn't want them getting more famous than him, kwim? Now, as far as Katie goes, her career was getting pretty bad. Her show ratings plumated (or did it end?), her movies flopped, etc.. So was his. She made a comment (scripted, I think) to the media that Tom was like her childhood lust. Thus, creating the path needed for TomKat to be born. I find it very interesting that this "baby" will be born very very close to the premiere of his new movie that's opening on May 5th. Wouldn't suprise me if "it" was born a couple days to a couple weeks before. Nothing to boost movie ratings like having his name over all the headlines. Also, him getting her "pregnant" proves that he is neither gay (well, not really, but to most people it does) nor infertile like the rumors have been for many years.
Now, how close to the premiere of this movie was the baby born? Pretty close, huh? :

That only applies to patients. If someone was not a patient there, then they can confirm that. However, if that person was a patient, then they would say something like "we can't give out that info".

I was curious about the title but I don't like Tom Cruise and if the option had been there, I would've chosen:

C. Who cares?

I remember hearing years back that when he and Mimi split, it was because he couldn't have kids and she wanted them....then I remember hearing that when Nicole had the miscarriage and then they split, it was because-you've got it-he couldn't have kids (Oops! for Nicole.)

So his point...publicity, squash the gay rumors, who knows.

I can agree with Starflower....C. Who cares, but what fun is that?
