This is the only photgraph there where it might be possible to see that she is having after baby body changes.
What ever the case may be I feel terribly sorry for any baby that has to call the Freak Dad.

I feel so bad for her. The baby is out, she exhausted and now by the look on her face, i'd say she's waking up to the fact that Tom is a wackjob. Her expressions scream "Who is this idiot and how do I get out of this?"

Someone on another thread posted that he looks like that because his mother must have been VERY loud at his birth! I thought that was hysterical!

I wish they'd taken the baby to Connor's game. They could have hidden her very well in a sling. As for the tummy - I feel sorry for her that she's got her stretch marks plastered all over the internet. Tom is probably thrilled, though, because it proves that she really was pregnant.

Am I the only one to find it a bit 'refreshing' after being treated to so many celeb-moms that look like they carried their babies in a grocery bag for 9 months instead of their uterus? And don't forget those c/sec's sceduled at the beginning of the 9th month so they won't get too "distended". If that doesn't work, there is always the tummy tuck while you are on the table or lipo at 4 wks postpartum.

Poor Katie. Ok so I don't think this pregnancy was fake but if it were there are too many ways to do makeup to look like stretch marks.....I'm just saying :

But I do think it's real, as it's not only marked but a bit saggy. And if this helps ppl to get off the "she faked it" bandwagon then she should be happy

All I know is I did not want to go to something like a Premier when I was 12 days postpartum. I wanted to sit around with my lochia and pads in my pajamas and nurse my baby while watching "Ellen"!

This is starting to really upset me. Why isn't Katie home with her baby and Tom can go to a baseball game?? Why don't they see the importance of Suri being with her mama right now?? Grrrr.

looks post-partum to me. Her make-up looks like its trying to cover "tired" and her body has that post-partum look to it. She wasn't a waif to begin with, however, she looks fuller. Why isn'ther baby ina sling?

I agree! I'm lovin' my mei tai and it keeps people's paws off the new babe just as well as the sling kept ds from being touched.
