I heard the heartbeat with my fetoscope today!

Im just really excited and wanted to share with someone, after trying for 2 weeks, this morning I picked up my little one's heartbeat right away, it was 138bpm twice in a row
My daughters was the same last time around 20 weeks as well. Another girl you think?

Andrea, that sure is some good news . I am not sure how the heart beat per minute correlates with the gender of the baby, wish I did. But if you want a girl, I hope you get your wish .

I don't know about the heartbeat thing. I think each child may be different.

My son had a heart beat of around high 130's to low 140s. Same thing with my best friend.

My neighbor had a girl and she had a high hb in the 150s.

Congrats on finding the heartbeat with the fetoscope though, so exciting hearing that beat.
