can anyone point me towards vegetable cookbooks that
a) aren't all pasta based?
b) don't use completely exotic vegetables and
c) aren't just side dishes?
pretty please? i'm not anti-pasta, but it seems like if you're going to eat veggie, there is an assumption that you eat a LOT of pasta (at least that's what i've found so far.) and i'm all for trying new things, but let's be honest, dd isn't super adventurous. i'm tired of dropping $$ on cookbooks where i only use a handful of the recipes.
any help would be greatly appreciated!
