Where to get Kefir grains?

I'm reading so much about making Kefir at home, but where do you get the grains?
Do you have to know someone who has extra, or is there somewhere I can order them online?

I bought some water kefir grains on eBay. She has regular kefir grains as well. I just got them yesterday, so I can't attest to the quality yet but her feedback was good.
