Just out of curiousity, for those of you who are in Labor Hell and have been in labor for approximately 2/3 of your pregnancy (does it not feel that way?!?) which birth is this for you?

This is my third birth... but I had 3 weeks (from 37 weeks to 39+6) of prodromal labor with second birth too.

this is my second...i didn't have prodromal labor with my first.

I've done the prodromal thing twice before... for #3 and #5... starting to see a pattern...

This is my 3rd and 1st prodromal labor. Things are starting to progress a little more though, so I'm going to try to seduce DH tonight.

I'm hoping to jump dh when he gets home from jamming with the guys tonight- if I can stay awake long enough.

But I think if I start talking about my cervix... well, let's just say he's not much on discussing the female reproductive system.

I got mad at dh so by the time I cooled down I was just not in the mood to even try (I doubt it would work anyway TBH). Crappy night's sleep too, just cannot get comfortable!

I voted fourth,but it could be 5,as I consider my mc a birth.It wasn't full term obviously,though so I think it doesn't count for the subject at hand.I was at a 2 or 3 for a few weeks with my last pg but I'm considering this my first real,pain in the butt prodromal labor.I really thought the sex the other night did it,but after 16 hours,everything stopped!Then last night I thought I'd loose my plug,but just got a lot of cervical twinges and a booger worth.We have a homevisit w/ the mw in the morning though,so we'll see what she says-I may even have my first pelvic check this pregnancy.Dh doesn't get home from work til 12;30am,so sex is not likely til the weekend again.I drop at 8sharp every night.If only the kids would too.I'm about ready to go on a good hike.
