I'm wondering if you give your dh supplements and herbs to boost his fertility. I've done lots of reading on the subject.
I also take a few herbs..etc.
I give my dh Vit E, C, saw palmetto, zinc. along with a mulitvit. Any other herbs come to mind? I've heard that Squaw vine and red clover are good for men but I haven't tried these on him. We eat very well...juicing...lots of veggies...red wine occasionally...don't smoke...etc.
