and the obsession begins......

last night we were at Target and I had the kids in the double stroller and daph fusses if you stop moving (she is perfectly content looking around as long as you are moving) and I was trying to pick out dishes for my parents so I went and got a toy for her to hold so I could look and jevin snatched it out of her hand and she started wailing....so i gave it back to her (and let jevin get his own) and she was instantly happy. LOL That happened like 3 times. We brought it home and even as I type this she is holding it in one hand while nak. I'll have to remember to bring toys while shopping so I dont have to buy more every time!

That's funny. We're also having a hard time remembering to bring toys along, because it's pretty recent that Cailan has been really interested in them and able to manipulate them.

Oh yes...I am enjoying the fact that DS can be mesmerized by a toy for an hour at a time. How much longer is this going to last?! lol...

We just got one of those dangly ones that buzzes up when you pull it. It has rattles in the "legs" of whatever kind of creature it is. LOL A lion I think. LOL

ava is not amused by toys as much as i'd like she loves ppl and her little leap frog Baby Tad thing that sings to her. oh and she has a little german wooden rattle that she sometimes likes but in general she likes human interaction better than anything else.

i just bought a bunch of toys today at a consignment store. im so happy....3 big zip lock bags full for $15!!! i would have spent that on one or two new toys! i love consignment shops!
