Not TTC...but question.....

I wasn't sure where else to post this.....hope this isn't the wrong place.

My LMP was April 26th. The past couple days I have been having a crampy/full feeling in my lower abdomen. It feels kind of like AF cramps, but mostly it just feels full and bloaty/achey kinda.

Is this Ovulation? Usually I don't even feel when I ovulate, so I was just wondering.

That sounds similar to what I feel when I ovulate. I usually can test to see if this is what it is by putting my hand on my abdomen, thumb at my belly button...the sensitivity is usually focused around my pointer/middle fingers if it is ovulation (have to test with both hands bc it could be either side's ovary).
