Well I WAS feeling better and then I counted how many days old my ds is to title this thread! UGH!
Really, though, I have to say I'm feeling much better than I was fifteen days ago. Getting some sleep helped. I also called upon mom and sister to come sit in my house with me. Sometimes crying when I felt like it helped, other times it just seemed to make it worse. Having someone in the house kept me from crying when I needed that, you know?
I can't stress enough how crucial it is to get your rest and to eat and to attempt a shower every day (or as often as you did before, anyway).
I know it's not that simple for everyone, but it's worth a shot at first, right?
Hopefully I'll still be feeling this level when I return to work in April. Here's hoping March is a LONNNNNNNNG month!

to you. It's a tough road to travel, but so worth it in the long run. Now, I'll take your advice and get to sleep!
