Well I WAS feeling better and then I counted how many days old my ds is to title this thread! UGH!

Really, though, I have to say I'm feeling much better than I was fifteen days ago. Getting some sleep helped. I also called upon mom and sister to come sit in my house with me. Sometimes crying when I felt like it helped, other times it just seemed to make it worse. Having someone in the house kept me from crying when I needed that, you know?

I can't stress enough how crucial it is to get your rest and to eat and to attempt a shower every day (or as often as you did before, anyway).

I know it's not that simple for everyone, but it's worth a shot at first, right?

Hopefully I'll still be feeling this level when I return to work in April. Here's hoping March is a LONNNNNNNNG month!

Just a little late night to you. It's a tough road to travel, but so worth it in the long run. Now, I'll take your advice and get to sleep!

You cannot underestimate the power of sleep. Poor Goo is sick and has cried all day. I've spent most of the night and day holding her while she cried and now my brain is fuzz and my depression is kicking back in even though I've been feeling better...

to you
