this is going to be short and sweet....i'm in the third trimester...i have 5 kids...only two at home during the day.....4 and 1.....and I need help getting my house in order. I know you all will say "have them help" and I do....but on top of school work and the like.....its hard to have them taking over my chores as well......any advice?

A couple of things come to mind:
- organize the chores in to very small bits tha tyou can do with bits of time when you're feeling energetic
- organizing them into small, simple bits will also help you to delegate them to little ones and DH!

It's so hard when you don't have the energy to do it yourself - it undoubtedly won't get done as you would have done it, but this can help you prioritize hopefully!

I just went through this. I was sooo pregnant and tired and had to clean every week. I would just pick a room a day and deep clean it until it's managable. I know the kids will have it messed up by the time you go full circle, but just decluttering....and I mean serious decluttering will make it so much easier to clean from then on out. Good luck. I remember how hard this was for me. I'd just sit on the couch and almost cry.
