Here is the recipe from my book Simply Natural Baby Food:
1 stalk celery, minced
1 carrot, minced or grated
1/4 cup minced green cabbage
12 ounces firm tofu
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup mayonaisse
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
If you have a food processor, mince all the veggies, then add tofu and remaining ingredients. Pulse to mix.
Otherwise, mince veggies, crumble tofu, and mix everything together with a fork or your hands.
