Diuretic foods

I've lost my list of foods that help with swelling. Anyone remember? I've had very little swelling this whole pregnancy (it was horrendous last time) mainly due to a better diet, but today it's 90 degrees and my ankles and hands look like sausages and feel really tight. I've had 96 oz of water so far and have had been salting to taste. Also ate lots of watermelon. Any other suggestions?

Oh do I hear you about the weather today. Ugh!!!

Cucumbers are the other one I know about other than watermelon. In fact I've got a cucumber salad in the fridge, think I'll go have some right now...

Mmmm...cucumbers sound really good.

What are the odds of it being this hot when we're this pregnant in May?? I was hoping that the predicted thunderstorm would put me into labor, but, as usual, no storm. Still it's 3 AM and I'm up with what feels like menstrual cramps...hoping I can go back to sleep and wake up in labor!

If it doesn't happen, I'll be on my way to New Seasons for some more watermelon and some cucumbers...

I was hoping that by being due in early June I could avoid being huge or laboring in this kind of weather, just barely squeak by, but it may not be so easy! I was born in late July though, and I looked up the weather for that day in the Farmer's almanac...it was 100 F and there were ash clouds on the city (Mt. St. Helens.) My poor mom. So I guess it could be worse.

I hope you don't have to wait too much longer!
