I love that affirmation!! Hope you won't mind if I use it, too!

well this is the frist pregnancy which has really knocked me for a loop (my mom is cnvinced it's a girl.
I have broken out and my hair is getting oily...and I can barely eat. I am nauseous almost all day.
Today I wasn't as nauseous but I could barely keep my eyes open!
On the flip side, I haven't lost any weight...Ithink my body is in startvation mode and just holding on to anything.
As fro nutrion...I was trying (before pregnancy) to eat healthy using Nourishing Tradtions..and my husband and I always try to stay away from bread, pasta, carbs.I have broken down and am getting french fries at McDonald's.
It seems I can't eat anything I myself cook...maybe it's because I have looked at it so long...it because gross.

Hopefully by second trimester I can get back on a healthy diet.

So it's not just me. Flour tortillas and olive oil sit well. I'm about to go on an office birthday luncheon to an Pakistani Restaurant and I'm just wondering a) what I will eat and b) how I will avoid looking green in front of the office (haven't told yet).
Uh, I'm sure they'll have bread....

Hi i'm new!

I am pretty green here too... With my dd I ended up with an IV I was so sick. With ds I was just slightly nauseous. Now I feel like I am on my way down the same road as with dd... Wonder if that means we're having a girl?? I find when other people cook I am able to eat. It also helps to eat what sounds good at that exact moment, crackers and gingerale.
