We don't make many sauces around here since I had never made my sauces before -- before we would just buy sauces premade or in powder form but now we just mainly use sea salt, real fermented soy sauce, and oils. We would make gravies from homemade stock every now and then, but what else is there to make?
Does anyone have any good sauce recipes to share? Especially a homemade teriyaki or curry sauce -- I really miss those.
