Feeling the baby move

I know it sounds crazy, but I'm 11 weeks tomorrow and felt the baby move for the first time on Mother's Day night. If I didn't know what those little pops felt like from my previous pregnancy, I probably wouldn't have picked up on it. I can hardly believe it- but it's happened over and over again since. There is very very little chance that I'm wrong on dates- I was charting. Have you heard of women this early feeling movement? I'm in disbelief! But it's amazing!

I checked back in my blog and I was DEFINATELY feeling them at 13w with my son, enough to actually post about them...so I know I was feeling them before that.

I'm pretty sure i've felt some movement with this lil guy (i'm 11wks) but i've been really gassy lately, so that kinda skews it a little....

I'm 11 weeks tomorrow but I know I'm not feeling baby movements. My uterus isn't that high, but I sure am feeling lots of gas movements. I didn't feel the baby move last time until around 15 weeks so I'm not expecting to feel anything for a while.

BTW, I'm still shaking my fist at you Basylica. Now I"m going to have to get overpriced crappy BBQ.

Hey popping in from October to say that I felt this baby for the first time by my pelvis on the right side in the 11th week. I felt it for 3 days in a row and then I didn't feel anything again for a few weeks. Now at 17 weeks I'm just starting to get some nice strong kicks that can be felt by dh on the outside...

I am a little over 10 weeks and I thought I felt the baby move last night and again this morning. I was thinking that it is too early but I am almost positive that it is the baby and not gas I felt my dd at 13 weeks, I was in a Barnes and Noble and she kicked me and I jumped!! This was much more subtle and I know that if I wasn't sitting perfectly still I would have completly missed it. I have heard that mom's who have been pg before can feel movement earlier than first time mom's so I completly think it is possible

I didn't feel ds until 16 weeks, but felt dd at 12 weeks. Now with this one I felt movement at about 10 1/2-11 weeks. Guess my uterus has very little muscle tone!

I felt DC#1 super early. So it is possible, even with a first.

Congrats on feeling your babe- that is exciting!

My SIL felt her last dd around 12 weeks, so I know people feel it earlier. I think part of it is that you KNOW what you are looking for this time around, kwim?

I can't tell! I have been a little gassy, but what I'm feeling is a little different from gas. I imagine in a week or two I'll know for sure!
I felt DD for the first time definitely at 15 weeks.

ohh, it's possible. I'm feeling this one. It's not uterine twitches, it's DEFINITELY not gas. it's butterfly wings

and I'm 9 weeks.

(of course, I'm told I'm also pretty sensitive that way, because I feel ovulation and implantation, as well).

I'm jealous. I keep trying to get really still and feel this one. I had a dream that I felt it move.

With dd, when I first felt her move I got really still to wait for more movement and then we immediately had an earthquake. It was so weird and cool for those two things to coincide.

I felt DS1 at 13 weeks, and I am pretty sure I felt this one at about 10 1/2, but I haven't felt anything since...

The night before last I was laying on the couch with dh watching tv and I am almost certain I felt the baby move. It was fairly low and felt fluttery, different than gas. I felt dd around 17 weeks, but I didn't really know what i was looking for then either. I had just had some juice with dinner and I was laying down and being pretty quiet.....so I'm thinking the extra sugar plus being quiet helped me feel it.
