B6 for M/S?

I've heard that some women take B6 for m/s, and that it works quite well. Does any here do this? How much do you take? I picked up some, but I'm not sure how much I should be taking.

I think the dosage is 10-25 mg three times a day. I also remember hearing that you can buy an "active" form of b6, which is supposedly better and easier to assimilate.

Foods that are rich in b6 are: bananas, brown rice, potatoes, lean meats, poultry, fish, avocados, whole grains, beans, corn, and nuts.

I'm eating a lot of these foods, so maybe that's why I don't feel super horrible just yet.

Stepping in from July ... B6 was a lifesaver for me. I took 100 mg/day (50 in the morn and 50 in the evening) at my m/ws suggestion. While it didn't take the m/s away completely, it made the good days outnumber the bad. I hope you aren't feeling too bad! m/s can be horrible.
