FAT Ive gained 8 lbs but looks/feels more like 20

seriously though my belly has popped soo big that I had bought a dress to wear tomorrow at DDs Birthday party I tried it on last saturday and it fit great. Tonight I tried it on and its too tight I guess I need to run to the store tom morning sicne nothing fits

I feel the same way sometimes. All my shorts are getting too tight I have to go around with them unbuttoned and unzipped but I can't fit into my maternity stuff yet so I've got to deal with it.

I tried to put on the one pair of jeans I had been wearing on Monday--they wouldn't button and they wouldn't zip!!! I'm now officially wearing my maternity clothing!!!

I'll be 12 weeks in 2 days and have gained 7 pounds, which I am seriously proud of. With dd, I'd already gained 21 (not kidding- I had quit smoking cold turkey, was majorly stressed about an unplanned pg, and ate all the time to keep the nausea at bay!) I gained 60 pounds total in that pg and I'm hoping to only gain 25 with this one. We'll see- I'm not pressuring myself, but it would be nice to keep the weight in check this time.

Oh, btw- I've been in maternity since 10 wks because I refuse to buy a bigger size just to get me through the next couple of months. My jeans got too tight and I was uncomfortable.

I'm fine with reg clothes and work clothes - but as for nice stuff, I gotta go shopping. I went to a bridal shower yesterday, and I had to tear apart my whole closet looking for something to fit. Everyday shirts I'm okay with, but I only have 1 or 2 pairs of pants that still fit...

I am only just 9 weeks - pants are fine but my boobs are HUGE and none of my nice work shirts fit me ... need to shop!
