I just started really charting this month. Before that I would do everything but take temps, and I didn't write it down. It looks like I ovulated on day 22, I did not start taking temps until a few days later and my temp 98.1-98.2 until day 30, on day 31 temp dropped to 97.9, on day 32 (today) temp dropped to 97.5 and I have lots of cramping and a little spotting. According to the chart my luteal phase is only 9-10 days.
I stupidly had a depo-provera injection last august that was supposed to wear off by Nov 17 (BS!). Ever since December my cycles have been really strange. Sometimes I would have a period 3-4 times a month, usually all around my lutueal phase. I resumed a somewhat normal cycle two months ago (no more breakthrough bleeding). I've also had issues with random anxiety and have read that progesterone is responsible for curbing anxiety. I've never had problems with anxiety before the depo shot.
I'm not sure if I did this right, but here is a copy of my chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/ttc/index.php
I'm wondering if I have low levels of progesterone? If so, what can I do to get the levels to where they should be? Should I just wait another month or so and see if they even out? Is there anything I can do to help regulate them (non-hormonal)? BTW, I am not TTC but would like to TTC within the next year or so.
