OK I should've known today was NOT going to go well when it started with a plate of DS's falling out of the cabinet. It hit the big plate that was in my hand, scared me half to death, broke the plate, and a chunk of plate sliced my toe!
So I'm bleeding all over searching desperately and I FINALLY find the last bandaid in the house!
Then, DS peed in his potty before his bath. YAY! And finished peeing on the towel outside the tub. Boo.
Target apparently does NOT just sell Phillips screwdrivers by themselves...stupid store, I don't WANT the 10 dollar set that includes the screwdriver plus a flathead (I have like 5 of those) a hammer (ditto) a tape measure (got one...) I JUST WANT A FREAKIN PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWDRIVER FOR LIKE 2 BUCKS!!
Then we come home and I make lunch, and we eat. And DS begs for a bottle of milk. I made tuna noodle junk and DH has warned me I shouldn't give DS milk after that because it might make him sick like the combo of any fish and milk does to dh. Well, I didn't think about it, and DS puked!!! AND THEN he wanted to drag his blankie, which he had mostly puked on WITH him as I'm trying to take him to the tub to clean him up so that made a BIGGER mess....
So here I am trying to clean up this child, the chair, the blanket, and finally, the bathtub...I spent a few minutes over the throne myself but managed not to actually barf...somehow.
So, how's YOUR day?
