I feel for you.
I have all-day every-day sickness. Had it with my other two, and so far am having it with this one. Lasts pretty much the whole time. Usually, months 6-7 are not too bad

.
It's hard now to "enjoy" the pregnancy and I have to remind myself daily of how thankful I am for the baby. As my belly grows and I start feeling movement, I find it much easier to deal with . . . like I have tangible reminders that it will all be worth it.
For what it's worth, I had very good deliveries and recoveries with both babies . . . maybe nature's way of cutting me a break

.
For now, I just eat whatever makes me feel better, rest as much as I want knowing I will look back and think "that went fast" (that's what I keep telling myself anyway), and going to the gym a few times a week to counteract the fact that I eat so much (hunger and an empty stomach are bad things).
