My husband - My hero

Thread Starter
this past week i have been having issues with going home and still BF ds (8 1/2 months old), co-sleeping, and other "hippie" thinking. i get worked up about things before they happen. plus some of our "friends" have made comments about me not using cleaners and not allowing ds to eat fried food.

so couple of nights ago, i broke down and was crying. i told my husband that i felt alone and no one respect our parenting decisions. then he said one of the kindest things to me. "Honey, dont worry. when we win the lottery, i will move us overseas where everything is accepted"

i think i am going to keep him

Sounds like you have a sweet, smart dh. Good for you. Sounds like your friends aren't quite of the same caliber?

heres one for you, last night we had on a rerun of friends, where Monica and Chandler adopt the twins. DH looked straight at me puzzled and said 'how are they going to handle that?' i asked what he meant and he said 'you know, without breastfeeding and stuff...' bless his heart he'd forgotten about formula!
