I do, technically -- I did the 3-hour, and just found out yesterday that the second blood draw came back at 220. The third was in range, but really high (135), so they're considering me diabetic. (My 1-hour test came back at 175.) Grrrr. I don't have an appt. for two weeks, but in the meantime I'm making an effort to watch what I eat. My diet isn't horrible, but it definitely hasn't been ideal, so I'm OK with the idea of watching what I eat (I'll protest if they suggest that any other type of intervention is required). I'm not going to drive myself crazy, though, because there's really not a lot of research to support that treating gestational diabetes makes a significant difference in terms of the baby's birth. I'm more concerned that if I don't keep my glucose levels stable that the hospital will be all over testing the baby for hypoglycemia -- I really, really want to avoid that.

You know, though, I wouldn't worry -- there's a very good chance that you'll pass the 3-hr regardless of the outcome of the 1-hour. Good luck!
