It's that time of year again... Need LUNCH ideas

Come summer, we have the whole neighborhood at our house *at least* 3 days a week... not to mention my 5 kids, and my 2 nieces.

I need lunch ideas.

we do a sandwich bar sometimes. different slices/types of meat and cheese, lettuce, tomato, etc etc etc.
kdis can make their own however they want it.
