What's with the corn flakes, right? I don't know. They're crunchy.
Now that really does sound good.......Edy's is on sale at the store.....hmmmmm...

On father's day - we grilled and we had put some hotdogs on for the kids. Well after dinner, when we were all sitting around playing games, I got the BIGGEST craving for a cold hot dog, with sliced up and mashed strawberries on top. But, everyone got so disgusted, that I just had to settle for the hotdog. What! It's not like I am asking the to partake in it with me!

I was just out to lunch with some friends and I couldn't decide what to order. My good friend Jeff, a gay texan relocating to the northwest by way of Wisconsin, suggested i try a monte cristo. I never had one before...ham and swiss and mustard sandwiched between french toast with powdered sugar and jam on top. oh my goodness. this is the perfect evil pregnant food! i am glad i didn't find out about it 8 months ago!

Interesting combination! I am glad you enjoyed it.

I had Sturbucks yesterday guys! I am getting bad..........

Oooh.. I love Montecristos from Bennigan's. (No mustard on them and turkey and American cheese too.) I have to exercise restraint, though, because the nearest one is right by the nearest Dunkin' Donuts. That would just be too much badness all in one trip.

I have rediscovered my first-trimester indulgence - the root beer float.

Oh dear. You had to bring that up. That was my first tri. indulgence as well. I was eyeing the floats on the menu board tonight at the frozen custard place. I should have gotten one.
I also thought about getting that Edy's light vanilla ice cream/ orange sherbet swirl stuff and buying some orange soda and making a dreamsicle float. Maybe tomorrow.....

I told dh I was going to window shop for b-day present ideas for dd; but instead I went to subway and ate a huge pepperoni/salami sandwich with chips, cookies and a coke while I read tabloids. Then when I was gone longer than expected I told him I got stuck in traffic!

i begged a friend to buy me a box of the strawberry cream twinkies...

Oh that sounds lovely! (Even just getting out of the house for a little while ALONE to read would be so nice.)

It's baaaaaaaaack....

My DD is a great eater. She has vegetables every day with lunch and dinner. She is not at all picky.

However today we had all these potatoes that were about to grow eyes, so I cooked up a humongous batch of french fries. So DD started eating them... and didn't stop until she was full. Salty fatty fries.

Then she had ice cream.

That is all :

This afternoon during DD's nap time, I really "needed" something sweet...and we didn't have anything pre-made in the house. So, I tossed some (dry)oatmeal, a little hot chocolate mix, mini chocolate chips, sliced almonds, and a few heaping spoons of peanut butter into a bowl. I mixed the whole thing up and ate it all with a spoon. :

It was so random...but so good

I just ate a big plate of stove top stuffing. I don't even know when the last time I had MSG was. So gross.

Okay. Over the last 24 hours I have had the following revoltingly horrifying food mistakes.

: - one entire box of organic mac n' cheese
: - one extraordinarily large helping of Salsa Verde Doritos
: - 3 caffiene free coca cola's
: - Probably a good avocado and a half's worth of guacamole and chips
: - basically no water to speak of
: - one small personal cheese pizza hut pizza.
: - and I lost count after 2 hotdogs how many I had during our little 4th of July BBQ last night.

How might you ask, am I able to cram it all in? I have no.freaking.clue. But it was DELICIOUS.....

I too have a thing for boxed organic mac and cheese. But for whatever reason it has to be white cheddar. I can surely finish that in 1 sitting, whether I have room or not.

And a personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut sounds delicious, unfortunatly my dh would probaly throw a fit if I ate that. Its hard enough to get him to buy organic chocolate.

I think I'm going to have to partake in some secret eating...

sabbath, I think it's really saying something when you write your list with bagheads as bullets.
