Anyone have crazy temp changes during AF?

I started charting this month and during AF my temps are all over the place. Super-high one day, and then really low the next. I'm not sure what is going on. I did have a Depo Provera shot 9 mos ago that may still not be completely out of my system

I never temp during AF so I wouldn't know I give myself that 4-5 day break. I have heard evil things about the depo though - I hope your system gets back to normal soon.

Well, its not uncommon for your first few days of temps during AF to be high, and then fall to your regular pre-O temps, but after that they should stay low until O. If they are really irradic, and you can't draw a coverline later in the month, it will mean that you didn't ovulate and the depo is probably the problem. You can also have 1 off temp for all kinds of reasons, so just keep charting and see if it makes sense later.

http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/11edc3 I hope I pasted that right. I'm pretty sure I ovulated last month but didn't start temping until after. I guess I'll find out for sure this month. I started taking a multivitamin a few days ago, could that cause a temp change?

To share your FF chart click on the links to the left of the main page.. click on "sharing" then on "home page set up" and copy the url to your home page. It's pretty normal to have erratic temps during AF. I don't even temp during my period because of that reason.
