Who knows when it finally went away (or rather, opened up), but earlier this week I realized Lucy's clogged tear duct was no more!
Gosh, I'm *so* glad about this! No more gunky, goopy eyes when she wakes up, no more redness around her poor little eye, and no worries about surgically opening it if it hadn't done so on its own (we probably wouldn't have gone that route this time, though we did with Madeline after she was a year old).
It's funny that really I have no clue when it went away... I guess since it wasn't something new and funky (aka, a blue eye or something else
) it's something was was easy to overlook.
