Hi, I've posted around here before both looking for help and offering advice where I could. I really want to pass on some of the knowledge I've gained over the last year or so, at least as far as recipes and what-to-eat ideas, so I've started putting together a web page with what I make for my family. I'm just adding to it as I make things, so I expect it to gradually grow by 1-3 recipes a week for a while, then more slowly as I get through my staple meals. I hope some of you who are on restricted diets can use the ideas - I cook pretty much without the 8 major allergens, but we do use quite a bit of corn and legumes. I want to make it clear - I am NOT selling anything, I am not trying to make any personal gain here, I am just trying to make life easier for other parents headed down the same path we were at a year ago. It's not easy thinking of meals to cook and figuring out what substitutions work, and I haven't found any free webpages out there offering similar advice.
