Yet more TMI

OK, my turn... this is something I noticed after I had dd1, and it's been that way ever since, and I've always been curious if it's just me, so here goes!

I pee at a different angle now. If I'm sitting on the toilet, instead of going straight down or at a 45 degree angle, it's closer to horizontal. If there's a lot of, ah, pressure (first thing in the morning especially) and I'm not paying attention, it comes out at a REALLY shallow angle and goes between the toilet seat and bowl and sprays my legs : Nasty! I do a ton of Kegels and that does help to regulate the flow, but it'd be nice to just sit down and take a leak without having to think about it.

My theory is that having babies has forever altered the shape of things down there. Ah well.

but im lucky if i get to the toilet to pee! way TMI!!!

sorry sorry... i wonder if the angle of your urethra was changed as a result of the baby's descent? i haven't noticed anything like this myself.

This has happened to me, too!!! It doesn't happen everytime, but I have definitely noticed this a few times! I'm glad I'm not the only one! And I thought only men peed on the floor! (not to be sexist or anything... but I did grow up w/ four brothers!)

This has happened with me, too. My, um, stream is horizontal or even slightly upwards. If I'm not careful, I get myself on the thigh. Sigh. No one mentioned these sorts of things about pregancy and childbirth, eh.
