Okay - I feel like a weekly check-in would be fun...so here 'goes...
- As of today I am 9w4d
- m/s seems to be tapering off, I have not been sick for a few days
- aversions also seem to be getting better - I was able to eat roasted vegetable lasagna and a tuna sandwich and a bit of turkey this weekend (not all at the same time!) which is a MAJOR improvement from toast, mac&cheese, and arrowroot cookies!
-energy levels seem a bit better - I am not having the same waves of total exhaustion..still needing more sleep than 'normal' but at least i can get through the day without wanting to crawl under my desk and zzzzzzzzzzz
-sex drive - not really, but I think it's increaing a bit
-belly - definitely protruding more than 'normal'
- boobs - HUGE!!! and still very sore and sensitive
-cravings - pickles, oranges, ketchup potato chips (yuck, but OMG they hit the spot)
-clothes - yes, I HAD to go shopping because nothing was fitting me right and I felt so fat...so Old Navy it was and now I feel so cute!! Didn't buy maternity clothes but the style this summer is loose and flowy, so I bought stuff big enough that I can grow into - yay!!
-mood - surprisingly good! I suffer from depression on an ongoing basis and was really nervous about what pregnancy would do to my mood - but so far, so good. I am actually feeling very cheerful! I think DH being so amazing and excited and telling me he loves me and the Bean a million times a day makes a huge difference to my mental health!
appointments - have only had one appt with the midwife so far, another one June 19. Have not yet heard the heartbeat and won't have an u/s until 20 weeks
other stuff - my nails are growing like crazy and they are so strong! my hair looks great...my skin not so much - breaking out!
WHAT ABOUT YOU, MAMAS?

last week and was starting to feel pretty blissful about all of this. Well, yesterday DH & I went on a picnic. I made all of the food and nothing sat out in the heat or anything. After I ate I just felt blah. Kind of a typical ate too much feeling. As the evening progressed I felt a little worse and became a bit gassy. Sorry for the TMI. I felt a little better this a.m., but after eating luch I feel a little sick again. Is this just a continuation of morning sickness? I'm worried that I ate something that didn't agree with me and that it may somehow harm the baby. BTW, DH ate the exact same things and has been fine. Thanks for reading yet one more of my anxiety-induced questions!
. Peanuts. And shish kabobs. Could eat them every night.

I am still debating on the BUN study which I will have to do no later than next week if I choose to do it. I go back to the OB June 13th
