What a lot of great suggestions!
I will tell you, I bought a can of organic formula, which I unfortunately found to be humiliating, especially when they had to do a price check. BUT dh/babysitter haven't had to open it. It is just sitting in the back of the shelf in case of apocalypse, which has rather taken my stress level down a notch.
I am still pumping exactly enough, with none leftover. BUT I think I have found a trick... I never seem to have any "extra" milk to pump in the morning, but I've had slightly better luck at night after babies are in bed. I just need to remember (or make time for) pumping every night, not just the night before I'm going to leave. And I am going to try that heating pad idea, as that sounds very easy.
I don't know if my fertility could be returning. I hope not! I guess I should be more aware of such things since I'm using rather weak birth control methods at present.
