Our new baby boy was born this morning at 3:31! Born at home, in water. Labour was much more, um, intense this time, but everything went well and pretty quickly (4 hours). He's 8 lb, 10 oz (2 oz heavier than his older brother) and was born at 39 weeks and one day (one week later than his older brother). He's a very enthusiastic nurser already!
Haven't decided on a name yet - we had one picked out for a girl but never decided on one for a boy! Any suggestions?
We are considering Tavin. BTW our girl's name going to be Sierra Rayne.
Xander is doing really well with his new baby brother and is very excited. He slept through most of my labour (it started right after we got him to bed) and then woke up about 10 or 15 minutes before the baby was born, so he got to see the birth, which I am really happy about. He handled it very well and didn't seem bothered by anything at all. We did have a friend of ours at the birth to be a support person for Xander if necessary and it worked out really well.
Will try to post the birth story sometime, although I still haven't writen Xander's birth story, lol!
Good luck to all of the other June mamas!

No name ideas, as I'm still stuck on my own... but Tavin is great!
Congrats! I like Tavin. I've never heard it before.
