Peanut allergies and airplanes article

Hi,

Could anyone who belongs to Kids w/ Food Allergies Network, sum up the peanut and airline article for me that is in the current newsletter? I plan on joining, but don't have the funds right now. We're going on a flight in a couple of weeks, and we've already had to deal with some allergy issues on a previous flight. So, if you wouldn't mind, or if you have any tips, please share!

Thanks!

We're travelling on Northwest this time. The last time we flew it was with American Airlines. They asked the passengers not to eat peanuts and they didn't serve them on our flight to our destination. But, there were peanut crumbs and such left in the seats and on the floor that my ds must have touched because his eyes were swollen On the return flight, they didn't ask the passengers to not eat peanuts. They just said they would tell people seated around us. I wish they wouldn't allow them on flights!
