pp, no af- still 'cycles'??

Does your body still go through cycles if you have yet to have a PP AF? (Asking because I seem to get really tired and feel that feeling that I felt before my period came every now and again) Is this a fluke, or does the body still go through cycles without actually menstuating??

Is it still possible to tell when your ovulating by temerature and that?? I'm on the mini pill now (breastfeeding) and was wondering if there are other, more natural BC methods.

You ovulate before you would have a period so I suppose it is possible. Any amount of bleeding can be considered a period. I charted my cycles after dd was born. AF returned exactly a year from where it had left off- 8/19/05- 8/14/06. I think that if used properly and faithfully natural family planning is very effective. I used it but was not real good about it. I got pg at 6 months pp. Anyway, I don't really know alot about it. I just know that I don't want any artificial hormones or such things to prevent pregnancy. I'm willing to just wait and see what happens to some extent. I will do better next time- I hope!
