any software besides Motivated Moms?

I'm about to spring for motivated moms and I was just wondering if there is anything else out there?
What I would like to do is find some software that has everything like MM, but also I could add stuff to, w/out having to write it in. Like clip dog's fingernails (monthly), vacuum out fishtank (every other month), sort socks (monthly). Does that make sense? Is there anything out there like that?

Oooh, I was just coming to post something like this. I've been working on making my own, but between work, the house, clingo-baby and the preschooler, it'll be 2008 before I get it done! Maybe, possibly, does anyone care to share their proprietary system/files etc? If I EVER get mine done, I'll be happy to spread the love, but in the meantime...
