This is weird for me, but AF started again this past Wednesday, after just having it 2 weeks prior. Does anyone know why this happens? We've been TTC for 14 months now, and I don't know how this will affect my cycle. Do I just started keeping track again from the most recent AF? Any thoughts are appreciated.

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

That happened to me recently for the first time. Charting helped me see that it was anovulatory bleeding and not a "real" period. Could that be the case for you?
Has anything changed for you recently (what you eat, your mood, your sleep hours, your general daily routine)?
Also, did your af last as long as usual? It could also be ovulatory bleeding, which should be shorter and lighter (spotting) and then you would have af again at your usual time?
I'm just guessing here - let us know how things turn out!

Well I've never had ovulatory bleeding before, and this seemed to last too long and be too heavy to be that from what I hear from others. It lasted as long as a regular af.
What is anovulatory bleeding?
I haven't changed anything recently, sleep the same, work the same, and eat just as bad as ever.
I just hope that I don't get another . next week.

:I'm looking forward to hearing the answers you get. I got my first PP AF really lightly and then I got it again 3 weeks later.
So count me as interested...

Is your little one nursing a lot or a whole lot less? Have your proir cycles been regular? My cycles used to do really weird things when my dd had a major shift in nursing pattern- either nursing more due to teething/growth spurt/illness, or nursing less as she ate more food or whatever. My weirdest cycles happend the first 6 months after my first ppaf and the first few post weaning.

Well I had AF about the regular time after that 2 week incident. Then this last one I had last weekend was only one day of light bleeding. I had taken a preg test about 3 days before that because I thought I was late, but it was negative. Then I had that one day AF and spotted once a day for the next couple of days. So, I took another home preg test, still negative.
But ya know what, I think I"m pregnant. My mom was one of those women that still had monthly bleeding while pregnant, I'm not sure how many months though. I think I'll go and call her now to ask her how long she had it. I seemed to be peeing a lot more often too for a while there. I'm still nursing my daughter, and my breasts aren't sore. I can even feel something moving in me. Yesterday it felt like a baby fluttering in my belly. And I've gained 13 pounds since going back to work at the end of February, which I just thought was because I was eating more.
Maybe it's just wishful thinking. Anyone have anything similar happen to them.
