Where do you guys get maternity bras? And, do you get larger bras or just go ahead and get nursing bras? My girls are already swelling and I'm needing something new soon.
Any suggestions?

Hmmmm...I am a huge fan of tank tops. Bras aren't my style I need to be more free . I am nursing, so I wear nursing tanks (by Glamour Mom), but I am now preferring my old maternity tanks. Glamour Mom now make maternity nursing tanks, which I am considering investing in...maybe.
Bravado make maternity and nursing bras...maybe you could check them out?

I like the Bravado bras I had when I was nursing DD but they don't offer a lot of support..I'm noticing a little more boobage too so I'm going to have to start scouting aroung for something new too..I never did find an absolutely fantastic nursing bra last time..

Oh, how I envy you! I'm normally a DD, but when pg and then nursing, I swell up to an I cup. Tank tops can't hold 'em.

Bravado bras are best for me. I can't have a lot of support, either, or I get clogged. Very clogged. As in caked breast clogged. I gotta just let 'em hang!

Well, I have one Bravado on order...........it's a stinkin' F or DDD....Good grief. I guess they really do get larger and larger and larger every time.

I'm normally a B, so I'm going to start looking for some bras that aren't underwire...they are digging into me for some reason-I'm barely 5 weeks, but they are so sore already!
When I was nursing, I just bought some cheapies at Target-no hooks, more like a jogging style bra with way less support-they were perfect for me.

i just went to the near by outlet mall and tried on every bra they had in my size (a 34DD)

i am still a 34D and i am sooo hoping they don't double in size because i may tip over if they do!

When I was pregnant with dd I went to target and got 3-4 el cheapo bras that fit pretty well in the size I became... and a bra extender to add length to the hooks in th eback at Joann's for $2.

I bought nursing bras when I outgrew the cheap ones at about 7 months, and those are actually too big on me now, I went and got new nursing bras 2 months ago because I was tired of having a flabby bra and no boobs to fill it in. Not pretty under my summer clothing.

So I've been wearing the nursing bras I just got most of the time, and my old nursing bras the rest of the time, my boobs are definately not getting bigger yet, but I was small to begin with.

The motherhood outlet sorta near me has nursing bras that are pretty comfy w/o underwire for $12-16.

They're no frills, but dependable, affordable, and comfortable. I found that I actually prefer the underwire once my milk supply stabilizes, because it really lifts and separates really well which makes me much more comfy.

I got some comfy sleep bras at Motherhood for $11 each last time, and those worked really well at holding nursing pads in place through the night without being constricting at all. I want to try a Bravado this time around to see how comfy/supportive they really are.
