Ok, so we make our predictions and then after the babies are born we can update our post and see how close we were.

A few weeks ago I was talking to DH about the birth announcements that I can't wait to order. I can't wait to have HOMEBIRTH on there and a picture of all of us cuddled in our bed!! Anyway, as I was talking about it I randomly said the baby would be born on Sept 15. That night I was talking to my mom and she started talking about my grandparents 65th anniversary. Well, it's Sept 15th. I totally forgot LOL. I think it would be so awesome if this babe was born on that day Even if it is 3 days after my EDD.

I put October 7th as the date... I'm actually due September 27th, but dd was 19 days past my EDD, so I'm giving this one an extra 10 days to cook in there! I have put dinnertime for my time of delivery because I want to go into labour in the early morning so that dd can attend her preschool in the morning/early afternoon while I labour and dh can go pick her up just a few hours before baby's born. Weight and length, I added a half pound and 1/2 an inch to dd1 because 2nd babies are usually bigger!

Length of labor: 9-12....depends on my stress level....i think ds would have been much faster than the 16 hours but i got stressed in the middle of it all and SLOWED down...
Weight: 7 lbs 13 oz...i didn't think it was possible for me to birth Ds (8 lbs) but girls are supposed to be smaller...i hope.

Lets see... I say Sept 7th becuse DS was about 16 days early so I feel this one will be easrly too. Plus Sept 7th is a full moon & and an eclipse. (ETA: as long as it isn't on or too close to FIL's bday of 9/11 I am happy) The eclipse will be around the time I put for birth which is odd since I randomly picked that time My labor w/ DS was 9 hours so I am hopefully that this one will be a bit shorter or about the same. 7 pounds, 2 ounces was the weight I guessed for DS but he was 6 pounds, 13 ounces so this one could very likely be a tad bigger.

I started both prev labors at 3 am, so I'm going with that time. For labor length, I know 1 hr is a joke, but my 2nd labor was 1/3rd the time of my first (15 hrs, then 3) so it'd be funny to 1/3rd the time again. I'm carrying like I did with dd, so I'll go similar birth weight and length. Tee hee.

I got a proof of pregnancy yesterday for work from planned parenthood, and I told her my EDD was October 1st, by my LMP it's September 15th. I feel pretty stongly that baby will be late!

I'm thinking squishy will be late like her sisters. Just not sure how late, my first was 4 days past EDD and my second was 2 days past EDD, for some reason I'm thinking she'll be later than them. I'm in no hurry, and doubt I will be then either. If I had to choose a date for her to be born it would be 9/26 SIL's BDay. BIL has a nephew born on his bday so I think SIL should have a nice born on hers. Since I think she'll be late-ish I'm guessing she'll weigh about a half pound more than DD2 did. I think she'll be born later in the morning than the other 2 too, but in soft natural light.

Why I have these predictions:
This is our first so I have no idea, I based the weight and inches on a combo of me and dh, I was 8 pounds 13 ounces and I had a dream in which my mom was telling me don't worry she won't be over 9 pounds. But who knows, I put early morning because that is my favorite time. I was born on a very new moon so I think this baby will be too. Then i had a dream I was in labor on September 22nd(weird I know) September 23rd is when we move into Libra, I have tons of Virgo friends and relatives yet I only have two male acaintainces that are Libras therefore I think this baby is a Libra and will come to us early in the am on September 23rd. (Wow I made this a little long)
