I get it, bad, everytime. In bad all day everyday for weeks on end. My older kids must care for the littler ones. I'm determined to find a diet, vitamins, something that will ease it. Any advice?

Oh no! If you don't have any advice after all that experience, the rest of us may be in trouble!
Actually, I had it bad with my first, and it's starting to rear its ugly head with this one. The only advice I have is to eat something small every two hours or so, and to keep your diet as clean as possible.
I've also found that if I eat some kind of protein throughout the day, I feel better.
I just started feeling ill today (I seriously think that right now, this is psycosomatic for me, because I just found out I am pregnant), and this is what I ate:
5 a.m. Handful of toasted pecans + water
6:30 a.m. Glass of skim milk, 1/4 of my son's whole grain toast with raspberry jam
8:30 a.m. More water, a few more pecans, a bite or two of banana
10:30 a.m. A few apple slices, a piece of swiss cheese, a handful of grapes
noon: A Lara bar (all raw bar of dates and nuts)
2 p.m. some raw veggies, a little more cheese
5 p.m. some pasta (dinner with my son)
7:30 p.m. glass of skim milk
In retrospect, that wasn't nearly enough food. My goal is to eat about 200-calories every two hours, which is pretty good for my height and weight.
I hope you feel better soon. Congratulations on your big, beautiful, growing family!

Someone suggested the Brewer diet but I don't know if I could eat all that food when I have m/s, KWIM? I can barely keep saltines down.

I know a few people who have had luck with that. Can you try a modified Brewer, with tiny amounts to start? That might help settle your tummy.
I think it is important to be aware of your triggers, and I'm sure they are different every time. For me, too much sugar or fat just puts me over the edge.

Well, if it makes you feel any better, I'm pg with #7 too and I've yet to find a way to combat my MS either. Maybe we'll just enjoy the misery together?

The Brewer Diet was helpful to me. The big thing was to get lots and lots of protien at regular intervals--every 2-3 hours. Chicken and yogurt I craved like crazy--and even before I craved I ate anyway. Glass of milk with protein powder before bedtime. Eat before you are hungry.
Also, acupuncture, it saved my life when I was so sick I just wanted to keel over!

I'm going to call my homeopath tomorrow and see what he says. I'm going to try brewers also. I've been getting vitamin shots since last November and wonder if that might help? Or maybe it's not allowed while pg? It sure has boosted my energy level. Going to continue my high b-6 intake and my emergen-c drinking.

My friend suggested to me drinking fresh ginger tea. She said she had awful sickness and it was the only thing that helped. You take fresh grated ginger root and boiling water and let is steep for 10-15 minutes. She said honey helps make it sweet and not burn.
What I've been doing and so far so good, is osmething my homeopath reccomended. I eat crackers and a small glass of OJ before even getting out of bed. It worked today!

Last time I had serious morning sickness for months. I finally figured out that protein was the solution. My "cures" included: WW bagels with honey nut cream cheese, beef tips and potatoes (no rice - blech!), and cheese quesadillas. Weird huh?! I also found fruity altoids and peppermint candy helpful at keeping the ms at bay while I was driving.
This time I am taking prenatals that include ginger and if I have a problem I will be buying Rainbow Light's "Good Mornings" pills. They are supposed to work well. I've heard that it's not only food, but also smells and loud noises that make sickness worse. I am planning on sending the children outside to play if I get overstimulated, and I am going to sign up for netflix for those rainy/too hot days. Hopefully, the worse of it will be over by the end of the summer (Sept. here in NC!)
If I took a nap in the afternoon (something I really craved!) I woke up sick. I think I was partly dehydrated - I always had dry mouth - and partly hungry. I started just going to bed earlier and skipping the nap. Exercising every day (I had a pregnancy yoga tape) helped a *lot* as did setting aside time to just relax.

What helps my m/s is almost constant snacking throughout the day, getting enough protein, laying down when tired even if it's just for a few minutes, and getting regular exercise. The one time I never feel the nausea is when I'm at the peak of my exercising. It's motivation for me to get moving, because I know I'm going to get a break from the constant queasiness...at least for a little while. Of course, it comes right back after I cool down, but it's not as bad as before I started. It's much more managable. The harder I exert myself, the better the results.

I took a long, brisk walk this a.m and have been packing in the protein all day. I also took my vitamins. I'm soooo tired already! I feel like such a baby being tired when I'm barely preggo
Anyway - I'm going to try the things mentioned. Thank you so much! Looks like it will be a messy, laid back summer for the kids. I feel guilty......

We've been having a messy, laid back summer too. I'm actually thankful it's the beginning of summer and not the end when we would be starting school though. With my last pregnancy I found out I was expecting the week before we were to start school in mid August. I had m/s bad, and it was such bad timing. Luckily I already had all my lesson plans in place and the school room organized, but it was still so hard. I didn't feel like driving the kids to activities but had to, I could hardly keep my eyes open while reading to the little ones in the afternoon, and it was just SO hard to be enthusiastic for a new school year while feeling SO pukey. At least with this pregnancy by the time we start our new year and activities are in full swing again the m/s should be gone or at least subsiding.
:My problem is that I have all these little summer projects that I was planning on doing... mainly deep cleaning the house and reorganizing closets, and I don't feel like doing it at all! I feel like I'm wasting my free time, but I can't seem to muster up the strength to get started either.

ME TOO! I've been waiting forever for IKEA to open by us so I could finally afford to get things oranized. Well, it opened yesterday and I just know I won't be motivated to organize anything! I also have paint for a couple of rooms and wallpaper for the bathroom ( I have generous neighbors that give us their leftovers
) and there is NO way I'll feel up to that! It's such a big bummer! Worth it, of course, but still I feel lazy!

OK, morning, afternoon sickness has kicked in hard core for me today. I was feeling fine the last few days. Just strong food aversions. But today! Ugh!!! I was running a few errands with the boys and had to actually pull over. And I'm still feeling
!! It's mom's night out at our church tonight and were having Mexican food. Oh, I hope I can handle it!!

I had bad all day sickness with my son till I was 5 months along! This time I haven't had any nausea at all. It kind of worries me that I'll miscarry or something. I have been taking a lot of B6 since a few months before conceiving so that might be why I am feeling good(other than tiredness!).
