Hi Everyones

I would like anyones that have experienced this or knows about this to help me out. I have a light flow(AF) this cycle, and I wanted to knows if anyones know what causes it, or is it good. I was an heavy flow(AF).

How heavy, and how light? It's perfectly normal for cycles to fluxuate some. And of course, there's my best friend's mom, who had normal periods for the first four months of her pregnancy!
