can i make pf outta flannel and old towels?

Yes i know yet another question!Oh well....any ways.I have alot of new flannel(mom is so supporting me in this!yay!)and a old towels my mom gave me.Can i make prefolds outta these,and how do i go about doing it?

I had a bunch of flannel and old towels too, so I just went ahead and made them into fitteds instead of prefolds (picked up some velcro and elastic).
There are a LOT of online resources (freebies) for both prefolds and fitteds. The ones Momofangels posted are great for starting your prefolds!
Be sure to post pictures when you're done!

thanx guys for all the input!We're going to my parents for the weekend so hope to get some sewing done while kids play with grammie!i'll post some pics if i get them done
