I was making myself dinner, and my partner brought Luka into the dining room and put Luka into his high chair, which is the kind that hooks onto the table. Of course, since Luka SURELY TO GOD is not old enough to climb out of the seat, Robert didn't buckle him in. I turned around a minute later to see...
LUKA STANDING UP IN HIS HIGHCHAIR WITH CHILI ON BOTH HANDS AND HIS FACE!!!
He had stood up, reached across the table, and grabbed a handful of (vegetarian) chili from his big brother's bowl!
We all thought it was pretty funny, but I sure hope he's not allergic to soy or tomatoes! Or wheat, if he managed to swallow a spaghetti noodle!
Robert thinks we should let him have solids now. I'm in favor of waiting the remaining 13 days and making sure we buckle him in.
